Did you apply resolutions to yourself this year or did you decide to be more creative or active. I hope more of us find ourselves in a healthy mindset in that we are available to extend our friendship to others. It sounds difficult but not. Do you take phone calls? Do you give appreciation or keep a journal? Gratitude is one of the most powerful qualities in us that cost nothing. If we can sprinkle gratitude into one or two people that can spread like wildfire. I’m our daily online jobs, it’s not polite to say thank you via email. It’s wasted time. Have we slid too far into internet etiquette. That has spread like wildfire also, let’s choose wisely.

Have you ever wondered how the light at the end of the tunnel isn't as bright as it used to be? As professionals we caught up in careers that serve other people. My parents will be proud of me, the spouse will approve, my friends will accept me, my neighbors will be impressed when I get this role, my coworkers will surely envy the title when I show up next week. When we do one thing that makes ourselves happy, our community will start to wonder "What are we doing?" It's true. If we dig deep into a relationship with ourself and act upon those thoughts, or feelings in a way that translates into a business. Your people freak out. You are now serving others, in a way that is fulfilling to giving to yourself. It's simple, and amazing. A small pivot will make the light in the tunnel burn brighter than ever before. Do you or someone you know have the courage to even light it? I'm grateful I did.

To those to have disappointed me, embarrassed me for whatever reason, or left me in an awkward social situations wondering what I did to deserve being left out, or feeling like I wasn't enough. Thank you. The moment I realized I had enough courage to be enough woman without your reasonsto make plans, wear the good dress, and meet new friends and have confidence to be myself.
